Sub-processors

The following third-party providers may process personal data as part of platform operations (GDPR Art. 28). This list is maintained centrally and applies to all tenants of the platform. Individual tenants can additionally disable non-essential providers in their scope.

Was bedeuten „EU", „DPF" und „SCC Modul 3"?

EU: Sitz und Verarbeitung im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum — kein Drittlandtransfer, keine zusätzlichen Garantien nötig.
DPF (EU-US Data Privacy Framework): US-Anbieter mit Selbstzertifizierung beim US Department of Commerce. Damit gilt für Datenübermittlungen in die USA ein angemessenes Schutzniveau im Sinne von Art. 45 DSGVO.
SCC Modul 3: EU-Standardvertragsklauseln nach Beschluss 2021/914, Modul „Auftragsverarbeiter zu Auftragsverarbeiter" — vertragliche Garantie für Drittlandübermittlungen gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

Essential Always active

Session management, authentication, security tokens (CSRF), tenant routing. The platform will not work without these.

Functional

Convenience preferences such as remembered tab state, sidebar layout, language and theme. Improves usability but is not strictly required.

Analytics

Anonymised usage measurement to improve the platform. Currently unused — the category is reserved for future extensions.

Third-party services

Embedded services loaded for specific features. Those providers will receive your IP address and possibly further data subject to their own privacy policies.

• OpenStreetMap (EU) — Map rendering inside customer details
• Sentry (US/EU) — Error tracking for platform stability
• KI-Anbieter (variabel) — AI features (AI assistant, form assistant, account briefing)
